Kaycliff Center was the former home of Judge Clifford E. Sanders and his wife Kay. The adventuring couple built this wonderful lodge home to preserve their extensive big game trophy collection accumulated by during their lifetime.

In addition to being one of the best kept event secrets in Northeast Tennessee, guests to the Kacliff Center can have a meeting or celebrate a gathering and enjoy browsing artifacts from around the world.

The decor has animals, trophies, art displays and serves as an anthropological museum with collections from Africa and New Guinea. There’s are spacious floors to view a majority of the collection. The downstairs includes a museum with interactive display cases arranged in natural settings to educate and entertain people of all ages.

Patrons and visitors from schools, civic clubs and churches can also take advantage of the film library that gives detailed insight into the exciting couple’s love of travel and big game hunting from around the world.

The Sander’s collection of primitive New Guinea artifacts is reputed to be one of the most extensive collections privately held and a most unique conversation experience for Kaycliff families and guests.
